Golden Prince Hotel’s al fresco entertainment outlet, the Lanai Restobar, recently launched its new menu with heftier servings. With head chef Marlou Almasco at the helm and the new outlets manager Robinson Belhida, the launch was successfully carried out last August 8.
The Wagyu Tower Burger made with a 0.25 lb wagyu beef patty served with thick fried potato wedges, meaty nachos, sisig in tortilla shell and the re-imagined Danggit Aglio Olio Pasta were just some of the newly offered grubs at Lanai. Cocktails such as Inday-colada, Magellan’s Margarita, Lapu-lapu Sunrise, and the Golden Basil Gimlet were also highlighted during the launch in addition to the bar’s existing collection of concoctions. A new line of international selection of wines were also added to the list to furthermore complement Lanai’s weekly live entertainment.
