Around 33 persons were arrested in separate operations in the provinces of Bohol and Negros Oriental.
At least 32 of the suspects came from Bohol province. The arrested persons were facing drug-related and illegal possession of firearms charges.
Meanwhile, a certain John Marc Abadia from Negros Oriental was arrested for possession of two kilos of shabu worth P23 million, 11 assorted firearms and ammunition.
The Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7) is still investigating if Abadia is named in the police watchlist.
