A 29-year-old student was collared by the operatives of Abellana police station on Monday morning (August 20).
The suspect was identified as Rinheart Moreno, a resident of Sitio Upper Kawayanan, Barangay Sambag 2, Cebu City.
Seized from Moreno were 500 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P6.4 million.
