Final piece of Minore Park launched

The 23 Minore Park is one building away from finally being complete, as Durosland Properties Inc. revealed the Minore Centre & Hotel.

According to Ian Mantuhac, Project Manager of Minore, the business boutique hotel is being made for people who care for business, and is situated at the prime business district of Cebu City.

It’s launch date will be on mid – 2019, and will complete the two-year plan of Durosland Properties Inc. to formulate the 23 Minore Park situated in Barangay Luz, which also consists of the Landers Superstore, Minore Chapel Park and the IC3 Convention Center.

The Hotel is also integrated into the IC3 Convention Center, with the IC3 also considered as the Hotel’s Function Room.

The Minore Center & Hotel will cover 7,500 square meters and have 43 hotel rooms, 2,400 square meter office space, 700 square meter restaurant, and a basement parking with 40 parking slots.

The office space will also be used to put up the PW Academy, a school for Persons with Disabilities.

The hotel has 7 session halls, A large Plenary Hall which could house around 8,000 individuals

The Mahogany Hall is smaller than the Plenary, only housing around 3,000, while the Yakal Hall can also house around 500-1000 people.

The Gallery upstairs also has four breakout rooms that just like Plenary Hall, can have their walls broken down for bigger events.

The total number of staff for the Hotel has not been finalized and most of the staff will be coming from Barangay Luz as they would like to work in the community they are situation in.
