RE/MAX opens two offices in Cebu
SEEING the boom in Cebu’s real estate industry, RE/MAX, the world’s leading franchisor of real estate brokerage services, is opening two new offices in the province.
Cebu-based businessmen Harry Morris and Von Jeric Tima-an have acquired franchises to open RE/MAX offices in Cebu and gain access to the global company’s 45 years of experience in recruitment and training of real estate agents.
Both offices, RE/MAX Properties and RE/MAX Pro, are set to open within October.
For now, both franchises are busy training their brokers and agents.
RE/MAX Properties office is at Acacia St. in Cebu City while Re/MAX is at Time Square 2 in Mandaue City.
RE/MAX was founded in 1973 by Dave and Fail Liniger, the firm which has since grown with over 120,000 agents providing global reach of more than 100 countries.
