The gunman in the killing of Japanese national Junko Hamada was arrested in his hiding place in Barangay Tisa, Cebu City, Tuesday afternoon (October 9).

Police also recovered a .45 caliber pistol and two medium packs of shabu from the possession of Gb Bertulfo, 29.

Bertulfo of South Hills in Barangay Tisa, admitted to killing Hamada, but he said that he was forced to accept the “job” to make sure that he has food to serve to his son.
