Florentin “Tinga” Abala, 38, will have to go back to detention after he was arrested for the possession of one medium pack and two sachets of suspected shabu worth at least P30,500 Saturday night.
Abala of Sitio Mahayahay, Barangay Pasil, Cebu City was arrested by personnel of the Drug Enforcement Unit of the San Nicolas Police Station led by Chief Insp. Allan Rosario.
Rosario said that a concerned citizen tipped them of Abala’s illegal drug activities, Saturday afternoon.
The tipster posted information of Abala’s alleged drug operations through the “Itug-an kang CD” Facebook page.
Not wanting to waste any time, Rosario said they immediately enforced Abala’s arrest at around 7 p.m. on Saturday.
Abala, a Zamboanga native, was earlier jailed for a drug case. He was released from detention in November 2017.
