The Police Regional Police Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7) will be on a red alert status starting at 12 noon today (October 29) as a preparation for the Cebu visit of President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday.
Chief Supt. Debold Sinas, PRO-7 director, said that they received a directive from Crame on the presidential visit, but he said that he is not yet privy of Duterte’s schedule.
“As to the information on (his) activities, we do not have the details (yet),” Sinas said during his press conference earlier today.
Duterte last visited Cebu on September – to visit families affected by the Tinaan landslide who were accommodated at the Enan Chiong Activity Center in Naga City and address participants of the Asia Pacific Association of Gastroenterology (APAGE) 3rd Inflammatory Bowel Disease Clinical Forum held in a hotel in Lapu-Lapu City.
