Loot’s family welcomes Duterte’s plan to summon him, other narco-mayors

The family of Mayor Vicente Loot welcomed the announcement of President Duterte to summon the mayors who are linked to the illegal drugs trade.

In an interview, Provincial Board Sun Shimura said his stepfather, Loot, was never investigated and there was no chance for the latter to be cleared of the accusations.

Loot has not been answering media queries.

Shimura maintained that his father is just in Daanbantayan although he won’t divulge the place for security purposes. Mike Rama to answer queries this afternoon.
