TWO do-or-die volleyball action will be taking place today as the best-of-three finals in the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (Cesafi) boys and girls volleyball tournament resume this afternoon with Game 2 at the University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) gym.
Both the USPF Baby Panthers secondary teams won Game 1 of the finals series in their respective categories.
In the boys division, the Baby Panthers defeated the defending champion University of San Carlos (USC) Baby Warriors, 23-25, 25-18, 25-16, 19-25, 15-13 last October 28 at the USC Gym.
The girls defending champion USPF, on the other hand, took the upperhand by winning against the University of San Jose- Recoletos (USJ-R) Baby Jaguars in straight sets, 25-18, 25-18, 25-21.
Meanwhile, the collegiate semifinal games of the Cesafi volleyball tournament will start on November 10 at the same venue.
