Two towns in Cebu receive the ‘seal of Good Governance’ from the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
The municipalities of San Remigio and Sogod were cited for their exemplary brand of service which covers financial administration, disaster preparedness, social protection, peace and order; business-friendliness and competitiveness, environmental management, and tourism culture and the arts.
The two towns were among the 263 LGUs which receive the recognition this year.
San Remigio and Sogod received P3.2 million each.
