A video that went viral on Facebook that showed street kids breaking a portion of the seawall at the Cebu South Coastal Road angered a lot of netizens.
LovefaithHope Fernandez said of the video posted by Rhoel O. Dejano, “Mao ning mga bataa mamato sad sa mga sakyanan dha sa srp. Daghan nang ni reklamo pls.. do something.”
Frederick Jr Ygnacio commented, “Hala! There’s on going road expansion on this area but the seawall is not going to be touched. These kids thought duna steel bars na ang gi demolish na concrete side walk but there’s none. So they are destroying the seawall. Dapat ma undang ni.”
