SHE is ready for the universe.

Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2018 Catriona Gray arrived in Bangkok, Thailand yesterday, all set to compete in the Miss Universe 2018 pageant.

Gray updated her Instagram followers of her arrival.

“Mabuhay!!! Had the warmest welcme from supporters at the airport in Bangkok. Thank you so much for everyone who came out to show their love today!!! We’re in Thailand!!!”

Earlier, she also posted a photo of her departure at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

“Off to Thailand to represent my beautiful country the Philippines in @missuniverse. The Philippines, mahal kita. I hope to make you proud,” she captioned her photos.

Her fellow Binibining Pilipinas 2018 queens Michele Gumabao, Eva Patalinjug, and Karen Gallman, and Miss Universe 1999 first runner-up Miriam Quiambao wished her well.

In a separate post, Gray remembered the people who support her and believe that she could win the crown.

“Mum @mitagray and Dad, thank you for always lifting me up and guiding me to become the woman I am today. Although you couldn’t be here to see me off, I wanted to #PutItIntoWords. I love you both so much. See you in Thailand,” she said.

Gray is the successor of Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2017 Rachel Peters who made it to Top 10 in Miss Universe 2017 in Las Vegas.

This is her second international pageant after she represented the country in the Miss World 2016 pageant and finished in the top 5.
