FOR THE past six years, the House of I.T located along Pope John Paul II avenue has established a strong foothold in providing quality and innovative Information Technology (IT) solutions to various clients around the world.
To further show Cebuanos about its main goal as a company, it is holding its first fun run on Sunday dubbed as the “House of I.T Fun Run 1: Race To Innovation” that will start and finish at the Cebu Business Park.
The running event is also part of the company’s sixth anniversary celebration as an IT solutions and security and company.
House of I.T has offices in Metro Manila and Davao City but its Cebu office, which currently has more than 200 employees, will be the pioneering branch to hold a fun run aimed at encouraging innovative thinking and creating the motivation to move forward and also to strive for a community where technological innovations and skills advancement are embraced.
In short, they want to introduce the latest I.T developments, innovations and trends to the Cebuanos.
The running event which is exclusive to its employees, their families and its clients will have three-kilometer, 5k and 10k distances.
The race will be handled technically by veteran race director Joel Juarez of Coco Running.
“We are targeting more than a hundred participants but exclusive to our company’s employees, families, and stakeholders. Next year, we want to make it open for everyone but for now, this will serve as our starting point to assess if we will be making this a yearly activity,” said Lachme Reboton, the team manager of House of I.T, during yesterday’s launching at the Albur’s Restaurant Cebu.
She was joined by Alfie John Ortiz (corporate Human Resource Officer), and Hayde Quiñanola (corporate communications specialist) during the launching.
House of I.T is a one-stop shop for companies and organizations for their I.T needs which include cloud solutions, system upgrade, and migrations, access control systems, IT infrastructure designs, hardware and software, fibre connectivity and IT support and consulting.
