Labor leader’s son gunned down at home

A labor leader’s son was shot dead in their home in barangay Sambag 2, Cebu City.

Witness said a lone gunman shot 50-year old Richard Seno dead inside his home along Tambis street in Urgello shortly before 11 a.m., Wednesday. The gunman fled immediately from the crime scene and boarded a waiting motorcycle.

Police recovered an empty shell from a .45 pistol at the crime scene.

The motive in the killing had yet to be determined by police. The victim’s father Cecilio Seno is one of the founders of ALU-TUCP. He is also the president of Vimcontu Broadcasting Corporation.

Seno’s remains is brought to Sure Life funeral parlor along N. Bacalso Avenue, Cebu City.
