It’s ‘An Extraordinary Arts Month’ at SM Seaside City Cebu

This whole month of February, SM Seaside Cebu becomes a massive art canvas as it celebrates the National Arts Month.

In cooperation with the Arts Council of Cebu and the National Commission for Culture and Arts, SM Seaside Cebu opens its doors to the public to those who wish to see and experience all things extraordinary with various arts, workshops, musical and dance performances all in one venue for free.

From February 8 – February 16, SM Seaside showcases ‘Sagradong Ani’ featuring University SWU PHINMA’s meaningful artworks for a bountiful harvest at the Upper Ground Floor Sea View.

A ‘Visual Arts Exhibit’ will be displayed at the Upper Ground Floor Bridge way from Februrary 17 – February 23 featuring artworks from University of San Carlos Fine Arts.

Witness University of San Carlos Architecture Department’s ‘Scale Model Exhibit’ from February 17 – February 23 at the 2nd Floor, City Wing.

Have an extraordinary musical experience at the Mountain Wing Atrium this February 18, 6pm at the Mountain Wing Atrium with Dingdong Feel, Immanuel Nico O. Dioneda, and Kyongmin Nam.

Meet and greet the world-renowned choir, composed of young kids with ‘Experience Libera’ on February 21, 6pm at the Mountain Wing Atrium.

Featuring Cebu’s top ballet schools, ‘Experience Ballet’ will kick off from 2pm to 6pm on February 22 at the Mountain Wing Atrium.

Create music with a few taps using your mobile phone with ‘Experience Music Lab’ on February 23 from 4pm – 8pm at the Glass Cabana, Ampitheatre 1.

An ‘Extraordinary Musical Experience’ will feature a classical guitar performance by Kwerdas on February 24, 5 pm at the Mountain Wing Atrium.

Put your hands to work with ‘Experience Paper Engineering Workshop’ on February 25 at the City Wing Atrium.

Want to be a film-maker? ‘Experience Film Making w/ Cellphone Workshop’ lets you use your cellphones for starters on February 27 at the City Wing Atrium.

For the culminating show, various dance performances will be held on February 28, 5pm at the Mountain Wing Atrium.
