Cebu City, Philippines —The Philippine National Police (PNP), with the presence of their chief, Director General Oscar Albayalde, presented to members of the media on Thursday, April 11, 2019, Renato Bayuban Llenes, the self-confessed suspect in the brutal killing of 16-year-old Christine Lee Silawan.
