Cebu City, Philippines —The Wolves pulled off another miracle escape as they nipped the Rams, 73-72, in the Elite Basketball Club Cebu City – Season 14 on Sunday, April 14, 2019, at the Visayan Glass Gym in Guadalupe.

Dexter Cabasan gifted the Wolves the thrilling victory as he caught the ball and sank a three-pointer with 0.5 of a second remaining.

Cabasan’s heroics capped off a huge comeback effort by the Wolves, who trailed by 20, 24-44, at halftime.

Cabasan led the way for the Wolves with 27 points while Lester Lucero and Ervin Lopena posted solid numbers with 18 and 14 points, respectively.

The win pushed the Wolves’ record to 4-3 (win-loss) while the Rams fell to 3-4.
