LOOK: A total of 10 contingents – five in the elementary and another five in the secondary division – competed during the Sugat-Kabanhawan Festival held Sunday night.
Participants occupied the roads from Sangi-Calajoan to the intersection leading to Barangay Poblacion Ward 3 for the street parade which started at 4 p.m.
Contingents later on convened at the Minglanilla Central School Oval for the dance showdown which started at 7 p.m.
The competition is part of the highlights of the Easter Sunday celebration in Mingalanilla town located at least 16 kilometers south of Cebu City. /Text and Photos by Zena Magto
