MANILA, Philippines—Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio on Thursday said she will not be filing charges against a man who was arrested for allegedly uploading in social media a video series that accused the President and his immediate family of having links to the illegal drug trade.
The Presidential daughter said this after the National Bureau of Investigators (NBI) announced the arrest of the alleged uploader of the video series entitled “Ang Totoong Narcolist” which detailed the alleged drug links of Duterte-Carpio’s husband, Atty. Manases Carpio, her brother former Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte, and Christopher “Bong” Go, former long-time aide of President Rodrigo Duterte.

Asked if she will file cases against the alleged uploader, Duterte-Carpio said: “None from me.”
However, she noted that she “cannot speak for other members of the (Duterte) family.”
“He is just a fool, no depth,” Duterte-Carpio stressed.
No other details were made available yet as Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said they were still waiting for the NBI’s report. /muf
