USC downs CIT-U for third win in Cesafi men’s basketball hoops

CEBU CITY, Philippines – The University of San Carlos (USC) Warriors survived a tough challenge put up by the Cebu Institute of Technology University (CITU) Wildcats to win their third game, 81-74, in the 19th Cesafi men’s basketball tournament, late Tuesday night, September 17, 2019. 

Top scoring for the game, which got deadlocked seven times, was Justine Jules Langres, who had 15 points.

It was, however, Kurt Ian Trangia who won the game for USC Warriors as he unleashed 10 points in the final canto.

USC improved to 3-1 (win-loss) while CIT-U dropped to 0-2. /bmjo
