Homegrown real estate leader AboitizLand extends its reach to the international Filipino market this summer with its participation in the Pinoy Property Show in Dubai, the U.A.E.
The show will be held at Dubai’s Dusit Thani Hotel from April 10 to 12. The show is open from 1:30 to 10 pm on the 10th and from 10 am to 10 pm on the 11th and 12th. Admission is free.
Participation in the annual property show brings the AboitizLand communities closer to Filipino workers abroad exploring sound investment opportunities in the Philippines.
“We join the Pinoy Property Show, not only to demonstrate our solidarity with our Filipino heroes abroad, but also to offer them the convenience of having a wealth of choices and information right where they are,” says Audie Villa, AboitizLand’s Assistant Vice-President for Sales.
The exhibition team will provide information about all the AboitizLand communities – each a standout concept, each a nurturing, assuring and enduring community. They will also be available to take reservations and downpayments as well as present easy financing options.
Among the latest offers of AboitizLand are Almiya, the complete community in the north, located between Cebu and Mandaue Cities, Ajoya, in Cordova, Mactan Island, Priveya Hills, its luxury community in Bacayan, Talamban, Cebu City and The Persimmon, its first vertical residential project.
Phase 2 of Almiya was opened recently, ahead of schedule as Phase 1 was 75% sold within three months of its launch. The community has duplex and single-detached homes. Phase 1 features units fitted with solar-energy generating panels at no extra cost to vecinos (Spanish for neighbors; AboitizLand’s term for its clients, homeowners).
Ajoya, Cebu’s only Filipino-themed community, is a 15-hectare development. It offers shophouses, townhouses and single- and two-storey detached units. The community is a favorite among overseas Filipinos and their families.
Priveya Hills stands out for its spacious environment set amidst gently rolling terrain. Phase 2 of the decidedly low-density project was unveiled last year.
An affiliate of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc., AboitizLand celebrates its 20th year in 2014, supporting over 400 hectares of Cebu which it has developed into nurturing, assuring and enduring residential, commercial and industrial communities. Through these successful projects, the company has grown its partner and client base to over 2200 vecinos, 35 merchant-establishments and more than 50 corporate entities, breathing life into its brand promise of providing the ultimate real estate experience.
