MANILA, Philippines — Bea Patricia “Patch” Magtanong, the country’s contender to the 2019 Miss International pageant, has made it to the top eight.
The 25-year-old beauty advanced to the next level of the contest being held at the Tokyo Dome Hall in Japan on Tuesday.
Should she win, Magtanong will be the seventh Miss International winner from the Philippines. /kga
