Orange Brutus opens branch at Ayala Malls Central Bloc

Orange Brutus

Orange Brutus, the household name when it comes to great-tasting original Cebuano food, opens its 25th store at the Ayala Malls Central Bloc as part of their preparation for their 40th year of serving savory meals and snacks in the city.

Located on the 3rd floor of the brand new mall, Orange Brutus takes pride in having been part of every customer’s delightful dining experience.

Humble Beginnings

Established on April 1, 1980, Orange Brutus’ humble beginnings are etched along the streets of Colon, where its first store was located.

“Orange Brutus started as a small store that served snacks: Burgers, hotdogs, and sandwiches,” said its chief operating officer Katrina Kay Kokseng-Misa.

In the mid-’80s, Orange Brutus added more food choices to their menu that would, later on, become their signature dishes like the Burger Steak and the Chicken Brutus.

The dishes have easily gained the favor of the market and have become the most sought-after choices of their loyal customers and have adapted methods of purifying their ingredients without sacrificing their nutritive value.

As they approach their Ruby Anniversary, Orange Brutus is proud to be one of the longest-staying restaurants in Cebu and Visayas that still continues to offer more products to keep up with the shifting demands of the dining public.

Currently, Orange Brutus has a total of 25 stores across strategic locations in Cebu.

“We would not make it to 40 years without the support of our staff and employees and of course to our loyal customers,” said Kokseng-Misa.

With the onset of digitalization, Orange Brutus now also offers online food delivery services like Food Panda and Grab Deliver to be able to reach more of its customers.

Orange Brutus is now teeming with new flavorful offerings that capture the standards of customers of all ages.
