Called “7 Stations of Uno Madness,” their new buffet spread features a wide array of local and international cuisines that will surely take everyone into a gastronomic journey worth taking starting February 24.

The Feast of Champions is the station that features the best and known cuisines in the province like Cebu’s lechon and other local favorites.
For those, who take delight with various displays of seafood, the Crazy Crustaceans is the station for you.
There is also a station for those, who are into barbecue, — the Smokin’ Hot station where skewered meat smoking hot from the grill are served.
For those who want to relish the taste of the bounty from the sea, there’s the Tuna-licious station where they offer a refreshing variety of sashimi, sushi, kinilaw, ceviche, grilled, and tinola.
Those craving for other Asian cuisines, Work on Fire is the food station for them as this station is where different Asian cuisines including Thai, Mongolian and Singaporean are featured.
Then there’s the Ooh-la-la-Pasta where you can taste fresh homemade pasta with your sauce of choice.
You can also try authentic Spanish dishes like Paella in the Uno Madness’s station’s Viva Espana.
This themed buffet was wonderfully curated by the hotel’s talented chefs, Executive Sous Chef Syl Francis Malenab, Japanese Chef Ken Imamura, and Chinese Chef Low Yuen Kon and with three new additional chefs, Executive Chef Gilbert Alan Mathay, Executive Sous Chef for Banquet — Chef Kristhan Sijera, and Executive Pastry Chef — Chef Francis Oliveros.
These chefs make up Uno’s culinary dream team, who came up with Uno’s dream themed-buffet spread.
