CEBU CITY, Philippines — Suspected shabu with an estimated worth of P5.4 million or 805 grams were confiscated from a high-value individual during a buy-bust operation in Sitio Buli, Duljo Fatima, Cebu City this afternoon, March 7, 2020.
Police Captain Renz Talosig, Mambaling Police Station chief, identified the suspect as 21-year-old Ryan Carl Abas, a resident of Barangay Duljo Fatima.
Talosig said that Abas had been selling drugs in the area and in nearby barangays for quite a while now.
Abas was brought to the Mambaling Police Station for further investigation./dbs
