A fire razed down a house in sitio Neighborhood, Tabunok, Talisay City Monday at 10:14am.
The house owned by Danilo Lapas and rented by Manuel Montibon was made of light materials, Talisay City Fire Station chief of opeations Rudyard Abellanosa said.
“Two children were reported to have played with matches,” Abellanosa said, adding they will still verify the report. The fire damaged nearby houses.
The Tabunok Fire Brigade and one Talisay Fire Station truck put out the fire less than 10 minutes later. /UP Cebu Intern Angeli Sarmiento
