From June 5 to 14, relive Philippine History at Café Marco as it refurbishes its buffet spread with the dishes served to celebrate the Declaration of Independence in 1898, on top of the regular buffet.
In celebration of the long sought independence, Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo hosted the Independence Day celebration at his ancestral house in Cavite with special dishes like Bringhe, Poke-Poki, Chicken Adobo Terrine, Native Chicken Karahay and Gorgoria.
Drop by the Los Primos Cigar display at the Grand Lobby featuring an exhibition of the authentic hand rolling technique of fine Philippine cigars.
