Unveiling of Chocolate Philippine Flag at SM

Last year’s giant chocolate Philippine flag displayed at the Northwing Atrium in SM City Cebu.

SM City Cebu together with Ralfe Gourmet’s The Chocolate Chamber will unveil the 12ft by 20ft Philippine flag made of chocolates in line with the Independence Day celebration.

Last year, SM also unveiled a giant Philippine flag created using 10,000 assorted tablea chocolates by Ralfe Gourmet at the Northwing Atrium. The 10,000 variety of chocolates include chocolate pralines with whole cacao nib, alfajores, tablea rice crispies, chocolate sticks, and tablea singles.
This year, Ralfe Gourmet’s new creation – The Chocolate Chamber still under Raquel Choa, now considered the country’s chocolate ambassadress, will take the lead in making the giant Philippine flag made of chocolate. The chocolate display will also feature chocolate blocks showing the evolution of the Philippine flag.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Cebu City, The Chocolate Chamber holds the distinction of serving nothing but products made from the finest chocolates of Ralfe Gourmet – chocolates that are perfected by time.

See the grand launch of the Giant Chocolate Philippine Flag on June 8, Sunday, 4PM at the Northwing Atrium in SM City Cebu. The display will run until June 12.
