A man tagged as the fifth most wanted person in Central Visayas was arrested in Zamboanga City last Wednesday.
Oscar Baynosa is facing robbery with double homicide charges. He was arrested in barangay Tomas by operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Central Visayas (CIDG-7).
The man had P100,000 bounty on his head.
