As hotels and restaurants adapt to the new normal, Bluewater Resorts also takes a step forward as they see new opportunities for the resort this holiday season.
With Christmas just around the corner, Bluewater launched its new e-commerce site called “Bluewater Exclusive,” a platform where one can purchase room vouchers, food items, and other packages from all its three properties, including in Maribago, Panglao, and Sumilon.
According to Margie Munsayac, Bluewater Resorts’ Vice President for Sales and Marketing, the launching of their e-commerce site is in line with their digital road map, a transformation made to combat the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alongside its unveiling, Bluewater Maribago also reopened The Cove Live Seafood Restaurant, which is well known for its al fresco dining experience. This is where the launch of their e-commerce site was held last November 28, 2020.
The Cove Seafood Restaurant is open from Fridays to Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Bluewater Maribago’s Allegro Restaurant has also introduced Chef Specials such us the Street Food Bowl, Streetfood Umami Pizza, and their Halo-Halo Brazo de Mercedes, all served in their new normal dining experience–a glass is placed to separate the food from dining guests as a way of following social distancing protocols. It also recently opened Balay Pasko, a gift shop where one can purchase Christmas goodies like their Ensaymada, Cashew Roca, and the famous Chocoron.
As part of Bluewater Maribago’s corporate social responsibility, a portion of the sales will go to the three public schools that the resort has chosen as its beneficiaries. Guests can also give back through its “Pledges of Hope” by purchasing holiday pledge cards amounting from P500 to P2,000.
