CEBU CITY, Philippines— A weather specialist at Pagasa Mactan said thunderstorms and rainshowers will be experienced in Metro Cebu this Tuesday, February 2, as a result of the amihan (northeast monsoon).
But an improved weather may already be experienced here on Wednesday.
“Improved atong weather condition tomorrow, with just partly cloudy skies and less rainshower,” weather specialist Jhomer Eclarino said.
But until then, Eclarino said that it would be best for Cebuanos to stay at home. If there is a need to go out, he is asking travellers not to forget their umbrellas and other rain gears.
Eclarino said it would also be best to bring some clean and dry clothes and to continue to monitor weather bulletins from Pagasa.
It has been raining in Metro Cebu since the weekend as a result of the amihan. / dcb
