WHEN Pepper Lunch opened in Ayala Center Cebu last February it has already gained positive feedback from its customers. Foodies have been coming back to try different dishes offered by Pepper Lunch.

What is so special about Pepper Lunch? Here, you can be your own chef. Each dish is served in an iron plate that uses special electromagnetic cooker to heat up to 250 degree Celcius in 70 seconds and remains hot at approximately 80 degrees for more than 20 minutes.

Each ingredient that goes into the iron plate is of the best quality. The beef passes through quality control with strict standards in parts, and ripening period.

At Pepper Lunch you can have a choice of beef, chicken, salmon, or steak that goes with rice and vegetables. A special butter made from original recipe mixed with crispy fried garlic and special sauce gives Pepper Lunch dishes a distinct tates.

Be your own chef, add any amount of Karakuchi or garlic soy sauce and Amakuchi or honey brown sauce with just the right amount of pepper, and you can have the best tasting beef Pepper Rice. For pasta lovers you can have your own pasta in an iron plate, too.
