After a successful series of roadshows in the U.S.A., AppleOne Banawa Heights moves to Canada to present investment opportunities and various facets of its unique condominium- residential project to different Filipino communities in Toronto, Ontario.

The recent international trip to Canada featured a series of marketing events at the Filipino Fiesta Event in Brampton, Orangeville and Missisauga, Ontario which highlighted into a grand affair at the Holiday Inn, Yorkdale, Toronto. A total of 200 prospective Cebuano investors and home buyers attended the event which generated amazing sales results.

AppleOne Properties, Inc. (API) Executive Vice President Yvet V. Andalis said, “We want to reach out to our kababayans and help them establish their retirement plans or put their money in solid investments, while properties are at its lowest. We also want them to take advantage of living or investing in a “breathing and living community” where most of our clients are end-users and not just speculative buyers.”

The organizers of the event were Clive Caburnay, who is based in Toronto; Geoffrey Lidon and Joann Cabrera of Leuterio Realty. The sellers, together with the organizers and developers, were all treated to a tour of Niagara Falls, CN Tower and Casa Loma after the event.

“Our kababayans in Canada have aired their interests in having their own property in their homeland as a vacation house or for their future retirement plan. AppleOne offers a great opportunity as it presents different options including that of a worry-free property management plan.”

For the property management option, AppleOne has partnered with Rent.Ph, the fastest growing property rental site in the country and internationally-registered with Dan & Bradstreet (D&B) as a trusted company. The property management system supports their property investments through a management system that includes a pool of rent management professionals who will handle the marketing of condominiums for rent, as well as attend to issues of housekeeping and unit upkeep on a regular basis.

Since AppleOne Banawa Heights’ launch in 2013, a line of international roadshows had been conducted in Singapore, Dubai, Qatar, San Francisco, Las Vegas, San Diego and Los Angeles. The international events have brought about an interest from different marketing segments — foreign nationals who want a home in Cebu, Filipino overseas contract owners who plan for their retirement home and many who are on the lookout for a great investment.
