I remember a time where boxing saved me, I was trying to move on from a dark time in my life where I quit everything. Everything.
“By finding this new hobby of mine, got my days exciting again, it made my sad mood swings go away because I had purpose again, purpose that pushed myself to be better than I was yesterday,” aniya pa.
“Of course, more challenges throughout the years came up, but thankfully that didn’t stop me. I then found MMA (mixed martial arts), and that inspired me to get back and fight anxiety, MMA motivated me again.
“I’ll always be thankful for this sport. I am not pretending to be a pro, nor am I trying to be one in the future. I am just grateful for things that make me feel alive,” pahayag pa ng dating leading lady ni Coco Martin sa “Ang Probinsyano.”
“I salute every strong person out there who is fighting a battle that no one knows about. Keep going.
“It’s inevitable that some days or weeks you’ll feel overwhelmed by everything that’s going on, but know that that’s okay.
“I hope this reminder inspires you to find something to keep your mind and body healthy. Always take care of yourselves & check up on your friends,” paalala pa niya.
