South Coastal Road tunnel to be closed on Wednesday at 3 am

The Cebu South Coastal Road tunnel will be closed for five hours on Wednesday starting at 3 a.m.

Both the Department of Public Services and Department of Public Works and Highways will clear both sides of the road of the mud that accumulated during the previous days’ rain.  The tunnel will be closed from 3 am to 7 a.m. tomorrow.
