Howdy English Academy opens in Mandaue

OPEN to Japanese citizens and all other nationals who desire to learn the English language deeply, Howdy English Language now opens its doors to students at its five-storey campus at Insular Square Rizal Street, Mandaue City. It also offers complete dormitory facilities for the school administration to guarrantee the safety of all its students so as to keep their focus on the learning process.

Kotaro Maeda, President of HEA, said that the realization of putting up the academy is a response to the Japanese population’s growing demand for competent English language teachers and cheaper institutions that would also offer quality education. Moreover, he said that fleeing to the Philippines to study would be cheaper and more practical for Japanese citizens since Philippines is just near from their country with a travel time of four hours.

Maeda also stressed out that Filipinos are good native speakers of the English language and are warm to students. HEA caters to students aged two years old and above and offers specialized lessons that fit the particular learning needs of its students. It has 80 one-on-one teaching rooms that can accommodate 120 students. 80 competent Filipino teachers will assist the students.

“Here, the students will have fun learning the English language deeply,” said Maeda.
