A 33- year-old inmate was found dead inside the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) in Kalunasan, Cebu City last Saturday morning.
Jerome Abellanosa, who faces murder charges, was found lying on his back and unresponsive inside the infirmary where he was taken last Friday afternoon after fainting.
J01 Armando Novela, a nurse, told the police that Abellanosa was given ammonia and oxygen.
Abellanosa’s body was taken to the St. Francis Funeral Homes for autopsy.
