A 24-year-old man who has been in and out of prison was arrested again in Jugan, Consolacion Cebu last Friday afternoon.
Reylan Ibale was caught by the police in a hot-pursuit operation after robbing Cherry Mae Cadalso, 21, at knifepoint.
Police recovered Cadalso’s mobile phone from him, as well as a knife and three sachets of what could be shabu.
SPO1 Edmund Melendres said the suspect just got out of jail last November.
Ibale was also the suspect in the robbery of a 14-year-old high school student in a subdivision last December 2.
Melendres confirmed that the victims are willing to file cases against the suspect who is detained at the Consolacion jail.
