(We are talking with her. We still do not know what is her problem.)

The father of baby Ruby is also taking care of the 25-year-old mother at the hospital.

Shalaine Marie S. Lucero, DSWD-7 Assistant Regional Director for Operations told CDN that there will be no charges that will be filed against the mother.

¨We really do not know the problem why the mother did that. What we do here in DSWD is to help those in need for them to get back to their normal self-functioning.

Their office can offer assistance to the baby like milk, food assistance and medical assistance.
