ONE of Cebu’s best restaurant serving the best buffet in the city has gone through a facelift. Manuel’s Restaurant of Cebu Parklane International Hotel has recently unveiled its new look.
Manuel’s Restaurant has set the bar high when it comes to buffet dining experience that they have become Cebu’s top dining destination.
Now with its renewed standards, Manuel’s Restaurant boasts of brighter interiors and brand new counter-tops.
According to Cenelyn Manguilimotan, general manager of Cebu Parklane International Hotel they upgraded the standards of their restaurants to give better dining experience to their customers and to comply to the strict standards of Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) for food safety.
Aside from the new look of the restaurant, it also has an upgraded menu with more variety. “There are now more seafood items, a pizza station, dimsum station, and make your own shabu-shabu station.” Chef Orlando Santos said.
It also has an open kitchen where you can see your food being prepared. For those who are a fan of lechon, don’t worry it is still available everyday during lunch time. While steak can be enjoyed during dinner.
