The Korea Electric Power Corp. (Kepco) Women Society turned over 20 computer sets, eight printers and a lunch counter building to the NPC-Colon Elementary School in the City of Naga, southern Cebu.

Minok Kang, head of the Kepco Women Society, along with Kepco SPC Power Corp. president Chang Yong Cho and vice president Sang Kook Lee turned over the donations to school head Maribel Pantorilla last March 25 at the school grounds.

The event was witnessed by the teachers and school pupils, who will benefit from the new equipment and facility.

The computer equipment aims to help students in their research and recreational activities, while the lunch counter building will provide a safe and comfortable place for the students to eat. At present, the school children eat their lunch in an open space.  The new building will also serve as a study area.
