Staff of the Cebu City Legislative Secretary panicked on hearing a loud sound from the ceiling and found a bullet from a .45 pistol shortly before 3 p.m., Tuesday.
No one was hurt among about 35 employees who were there working in the office.

Civil Security Unit head Ronulfo Sebusa said the bullet came from the nearby area and not from one of the City Hall employees and security personnel.
CIB Chief Romeo Santander said they are investigating the incident. He said the bullet may have been fired from the nearby Pasil or Carbon area.
