JAN GODFREY Seno of the University of San Carlos-Basic Education Dept. won the Boys’ 18-Under title of the 28th Milo Junior Tennis Cup Visayas leg at the Alta Vista Golf and Country Club’s tennis courts early this week.
Seno demolished University of Cebu (UC) Baby Webmasters’ Norman Joseph Enriquez, 6-2, 7-5, in their finals encounter to take home the crown.
At the Citi Green Tennis Resort in Labangon, Clyde Laquio blasted Gerald Lambayan, 6-2, 6-4, to win the Boys’ 16-Under title.
Vence Alforque, meanwhile, won the Boys 14-Under diadem by escaping Jace Unto, 2-6, 7-6 and 10-7.
Other winners were Shynne Villareal (girls’ 18-U), Elizabeth Abarquez (girls’ 16-U and girls’ 14-U), Tiffany Claire Nocos (10-U Unisex) and Cesar Kristofer Salimbangon (boys’ 12-U).
