Gasoline to go up by 55¢ per liter, diesel and kerosene prices to go down

MANILA, Philippines — A mixed adjustments in the pump prices effective Tuesday, April 23, will be implemented by local oil companies.

Gasoline would go up by 55 centavos per liter while diesel and kerosene prices would be cut by 95 centavos per liter and P1.10 per liter, respectively, said the oil firms.

Cleanfuel will apply the pump price adjustments on Tuesday at 12:01 a.m. while Shell Pilipinas and Seaoil will follow at 6 a.m.

The announcement comes a week after oil companies implemented hefty increases per liter in pump prices: gasoline by 40 centavos, diesel by 95 centavos, and kerosene by 85 centavos.
