Cebu City Vice Mayor Edgardo Labella has been in Tokyo, Japan since Tuesday to attend an official conference with leaders and prominent international stakeholders.
He was the keynote speaker in the Marche International des Professionnels d’Immobilier (MIPIM), a forum on global property innovation.
The conference has become a venue for the showcase of major cities, property developments, investment opportunities and international networking.
Labella spoke on Cebu City’s Urban Strategy in the “Urban Development Strategy in Asia Major Cities” Session.
