Fire hits residential area in sitio Tugas, barangay Mambaling, Cebu City, Friday afternoon.
The Cebu City fire department received the alarm at 5:28 p.m.
As of 6 p.m. the fire has engulfed at least 10 houses. Firefighters are having a hard time penetrating the interior portion of the area.

Traffic starts to build up in South Road Properties Mambaling access road. Motorists are advised to take alternative route.
