Pagasa Visayas Director Oscar Tabada also warned the public on an intensified southwest monsoon as a typhoon is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) Wednesday morning.
Once it enters PAR, the typhoon will be named “Falcon”.
“It is still in the Pacific Ocean and is expected to reach the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) around Tuesday evening. Falcon will bring strong winds Habagat but will not make a land fall and will go towards the Southern Islands of Japan territory,” Tabada said.
