THE Cebu Volleyball Association (Ceva) is inviting volleyball aficionados who are interested in becoming national referees to take part in the National Referee Candidate Course which starts this Thursday at Southwestern University.
According to Ceva head Andrew Choachuy, the four-day seminar will be conducted by international level referees from the Philippine Volleyball Federation. After starting at SWU, the seminar will continue and end at the Cebu City Sports Institute.
Registration fee is pegged at P3,800 which covers the course kit. The kit includes the rule book, refereeing guidelines, refereeing forms, the certificates and the licenses.
