LGUs told to promote Sugbo Hymn

All mayors of Cebu’s towns and component cities were asked to promote the singing of Sugbo Hymn in official functions, gatherings and activities in their areas.

Provincial Board (PB) Member Miguel Antonio A. Magpale said the promotion of Sugbo Hymn is part of the province’s efforts to promote the Cebuano language and culture among its residents.

He said the singing of the Sugbo Hymn is mandatory in schools and in local TV and radio networks.
